What is Compressed Air?

Compressed Air is the the alternative to CO2, sometimes called HPA (High Pressure Air) or Nitro. One of the main reasons to choose compressed air is that, unlike CO2, it is not a liquid while in your tank. This alleviates the freezing up problem presented when liquid CO2, which is freezing cold, is accidentally siphoned out of the tank and into the internal gadgetry of your gun. Another main reason to favor compressed air is that it provides consistent air pressure.

Compressed Air/nitrogen Disadvantages

The most common reason why not to get Compressed Air is that it is hard to find a place to fill the tank. The only places that have this sort of compressor are some paintball parks and scuba diving shops.
